What we collect
We collect the personal information you give us — your email address, display name, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google account identifier. We also collect technical data your browser sends automatically (IP address, user agent) and product usage events generated by your interactions with the editor and the marketplace.
Payment information
Card details are entered directly into a Stripe-hosted iframe and never touch our servers. We receive only the payment token, the last four digits of the card, and the country reported by Stripe — enough to display a receipt and process refunds.
Cookies and tracking
We use a single first-party cookie (plug_token) to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its embedded card form for fraud detection; those are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
How we use your data
We use your personal information to operate the service: to authenticate you, to fulfil purchases, to deliver licence keys, to send transactional emails (purchase receipts, password resets, and the like), and to investigate suspected fraud or abuse.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors required to operate the service: Stripe for payments, Brevo for transactional email, and cloud infrastructure providers for hosting. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your personal information, request that we correct it, or request that we delete your account and any associated data. Delete requests are honoured within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain records (for example, completed transactions for tax purposes).
Data retention
We retain your account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle disputes and comply with legal obligations. Inactive accounts may be purged after 24 months.
