Fetch Audio Slicer
Paste a link, chop it, play the chops on pads.

Flip a record in under a minute
Paste a YouTube link or open an audio file, chop it, and play the chops on pads. Fetch Audio Slicer is the sampler for people who find a sound and want to be playing it before the idea cools off.
What you get
- Fetch from a link. Paste a YouTube URL and press Fetch. The audio lands as a track, with its tempo detected, ready to chop.
- Open any file. WAV, AIFF, MP3, FLAC and friends — drag it in or use Open file.
- Stems, when you want them. Split a track into vocals and instrumental, or vocals, drums, bass and other. Every stem plays the same slices as its track, so you can chop the full mix and then switch the pads to just the drums.
- Four ways to chop. Transients, beats, bars or equal parts. Drag a selection on the waveform to chop only that part. Undo takes back any chop, add, split, merge, duplicate, delete or clear.
- 48 pads, three banks. Keyed from C1, lit by your MIDI notes. Click a pad to hear it.
- Shape every slice. Pitch, gain, pan, start, fades, one-shot or hold, reverse, its own envelope or the sound's, and the crossfade into the next slice. Edit one slice or every selected slice at once.
- One sound, six starting points. The bottom row is the sound every slice plays through: volume, envelope, filter with its own envelope and LFO, pitch and stretch. Init, Punchy, Dusty, Telephone, Wobble and Slowed are built in; save your own.
- Export. One slice, every slice, or the whole track, straight to files.
Formats
VST3 and AU, built for your machine from your account page after purchase. Install it in Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Reaper, Bitwig, Studio One, Cubase or any host that loads VST3 or Audio Units.
How the fetch keeps working
YouTube changes what it serves often. The part that knows how to ask it is a small signed script, run in a sandbox that can only reach youtube.com and googlevideo.com. A fetch runs the newest copy whose signature verifies, so a fix for YouTube's latest change reaches every installed plugin without a release.
Getting started
- Load the plugin on an instrument track.
- Paste a link and press Fetch, or press Open file.
- Pick Transients, Beats, Bars or Equal — the pads fill as you click.
- Play the pads from your keyboard or controller, from C1 up.
- Open the inspector to shape a slice; use the bottom row to shape the sound.
Licensing
One purchase, one license, three machine activations. Deactivate a machine from the plugin or from your account to move it. Refunds within 14 days.
