Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Da Plug — including the plugin builder, the marketplace, or any plugin you download from the marketplace — you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.
The service
Da Plug provides an in-browser plugin builder, a public marketplace where authors can list audio plugins for sale, and the supporting infrastructure for purchasing, downloading, and using those plugins. We may change or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice for paid features.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@daplug.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
Marketplace sellers
If you publish a plugin for sale, you represent that you own or have the right to license the plugin's source code, and that the plugin does not infringe any third party's intellectual property. You grant Da Plug a non-exclusive licence to host, distribute, and display your plugin as part of the marketplace.
Marketplace buyers
A purchase grants you a non-transferable licence to use the plugin under the terms specified in the listing. The number of activations, any commercial-use restrictions, and the scope of updates are set by the seller and visible on the listing page before checkout.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Our refund policy is detailed at /refunds. Refunds are not guaranteed outside the windows described there.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Da Plug is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any plugin obtained through the marketplace.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Licences you have purchased remain valid after account closure unless the purchase was refunded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Da Plug is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless another forum is mutually agreed.
